With check-in not available before 2:30 PM, arriving at midday meant waiting around. One room had a few ants, and while they addressed it with a spray, it felt unclean. The breakfast options leaned heavily toward fried foods, lacking variation for those needing lighter fare. the facilities seemed dated and required a bit of maintenance.

must say, the ants in my room made it feel like a safari, and the check-in time is a mockery. arriving to be treated like just another guest was not on my agenda. a complimentary drink woudl ve been a nice touch to ease the disappointment. how unfortunate! almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

I loved the spacious layout of the Superior Double Room, especially with the lovely cabana on the terrace that added a touch of relaxation to my stay. The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, perfect for unwinding after sunbathing on the sandy beach.

The spacious family room offered excellent views of the beach, enhancing our experience significantly. Having easy access to the beach and a fantastic pool just a stone's throw away was a true highlight. options for vegetarian breakfast were limited, and the pool closing at 7 PM felt quite early given the warm evenings. while the location was great for exploring nearby restaurants and shops, prices tended to be on the higher side in the local area.

had a great time at best star! the beachfront access was amazing, and my family room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view. the location was perfect, just a stroll away from the cenang mall and many restaurants, while the pool was a great bonus for relaxation.

Seriously, the noise from the live music and DJ keeps you awake!!! A repainting and some vibrant decor would do wonders for the dreary atmosphere!!! Fix the water pressure in the showers for a more comfortable stay!!!

We enjoyed our stay with a massive sea view room that was totally worth the extra cash! The location right by the beach allowed easy access to water activities and nearby restaurants. The pool was well-maintained, providing a relaxing spot after beach time. the hotel could enhance the breakfast options to cater better to vegetarians.

Just a nice choice for a whistle-stop in Pantai Cenang with definitely value for money. The wifi worked perfectly, allowing me to stay connected. Best to grab meals from nearby eateries for amazing local flavors.
