The location is great, 1 km from a popular sandy swimming beach. The rooms are huge and beautiful with balcony, the bathtub, for example.

came here for 3 nights with my kid, had a fine stay. everyone who worked there was pleasant and polite. the location was great and unbeatable - ease of access to langkawi sky bridge. the airport was 10 km away.

Didn't like the area, it was a little dirty.

The outdoor pool features a waterslide, providing fun for the family. The spacious family room offers a fantastic sea view.

With check-in not available before 2:30 PM, arriving at midday meant waiting around. One room had a few ants, and while they addressed it with a spray, it felt unclean. The breakfast options leaned heavily toward fried foods, lacking variation for those needing lighter fare. The facilities seemed dated and required a bit of maintenance.

Clean hotel, great location, close to the beach, all restaurants.

The hotel isn't new anymore, everything looks better in the pictures.

Must say, the ants in my room, and the check-in time is a mockery. Arriving to be treated like just another guest was not on my agenda. A complimentary drink woudl ve been a nice touch to ease the disappointment. How unfortunate! Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Well located,close to restaurants and beach (as a lot of other hotels), room was large and clean

Overpriced - you have a tv but with only 3 malaysian channels, you have the air con but works like a fan and even after being "repaired", you have the wifi but works sporadicaly, you have a phone but can't call from your room and the breakfast is a joke (not good, few choice): sensed to be served till 11am but from 10/10:30 there is almost nothing to eat and they begin to stop toasters, take away the food! If you are lucky you can expect eat a toast with fluo marmelade, an apple and some sticky noodles. So, I think that you can find plenty of other hotel wih the same good location and cheaper because for this price you can expect a better service.

Good wifi connection throughout. Good beach location. Bed comfy.

Noisy, can hear everything going on up an down the corridors. Breakfast poor, I went down 30mins before breakfast was finishing but mostly everything gone, no juice, tea &coffee empty etc... & not being refilled. It's ok to stay there if u can't find anywhere else.

The beachfront access is perfect, providing fine views and easy strolls to nearby shops and restaurants. I loved the spacious layout of the Superior Double Room, especially with the lovely cabana on the terrace that added a touch of relaxation to my stay. The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight.

I like how the hotel is situated just by the beach side. At first I was a bit afraid as I read in the reviews that the staffs were rude to local tourist, but when I went there, the staffs were friendly and very polite.

All fine, but cleanliness issues.

Location - is very convenient, easily accessible and right in the middle between the beach and the Cenang Street, very lively area till very late night. Room - very basic but functional and spacious. Price - very affordable.

Staff - not very welcoming, really need to improve on this area. Breakfast - was horrible, even simple coffee tasted bad, decided to take only few slices of apple on day 2. Parking - there is no ample parking lots, partly due to location very close to the street, but still OK as you can park beside the road side.

-Good rate(RM150 for a King Size Room + Breakfast. Althru the breakfast is very simple & not much choice)
